Appointments, Cancellations & Pricing
- Appointments are subject to our Appointment & Cancellation Policy, including late arrivals, no-shows, and cancellation fees.
- Online booking is provided through Vagaro and is also subject to Vagaro's terms.
- Prices on our website are starting prices. Final prices may vary by location, hair length, hair type, and the time your service takes. Prices may change without notice.
- Stylist requests are not guaranteed.
Offers & Coupons
- Offers and coupons, including our $5 off offer, are subject to the terms stated in the offer.
- Offers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
- We may change or end any offer at any time.
Health & Safety
To protect every family who visits, we may decline or reschedule a service if a child shows signs of lice or illness. See our FAQ for details.
